Bulletin Update: October 14, 2024

Summary:
This letter covers two important updates for our community:

Satellite Dish Installations: Satellite dishes must be installed on a pole, not attached to buildings. Existing installations must be adjusted by January 1, 2025.
Landscaping Maintenance: Homeowners are responsible for the upkeep of planted vegetation. Please address all landscaping by December 1, 2024, to maintain a welcoming appearance for the holidays.
